- Conduct vulnerability assessments on financial applications and network infrastructure
- Assist in incident response procedures for cybersecurity threats targeting financial data
- Implement and maintain access controls for trading platforms and financial databases
- Document security policies and procedures specific to equity options trading environments
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to FINRA and SEC regulations
- Participate in penetration testing exercises focused on financial systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Basic understanding of network security principles (TCP/IP, firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Familiarity with financial services cybersecurity frameworks (FFIEC, NIST CSF)
