What You Will Do:
Our team operates on the front lines of digital defense. You will be responsible for monitoring systems, identifying potential threats, and supporting our senior analysts in maintaining the integrity of our clients' data.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events within the SIEM environment to identify potential threats.
- Investigate and triage suspicious network traffic and system anomalies.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint detection tools.
- Document security incidents, vulnerabilities, and remediation actions in our ticketing system.
- Participate in vulnerability scanning and penetration testing support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are followed.
- Conduct basic log analysis to support incident response efforts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+ (training provided).
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
