Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and events in real-time.
- Conduct basic vulnerability scans and patch management support.
- Document security incidents and maintain detailed logs in the SIEM system.
- Assist senior analysts in threat hunting and forensic investigations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices.
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and drills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong interest in network security, hacking, and technology.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance process.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Security+) within 12 months.
