Responsibilities
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP
- Assist with automating cloud workflows using Terraform and Ansible
- Support cloud security best practices including IAM configurations
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects for enterprise clients
- Document cloud architecture and operational procedures
- Participate in incident response and troubleshooting activities
- Contribute to cost optimization initiatives across cloud environments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Foundational knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Passion for learning cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
