Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Craft and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term strategic goals, ensuring readiness for emerging market shifts.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead high-level projects involving Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and blockchain integration to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Risk & Compliance Oversight: Anticipate regulatory and security challenges associated with future tech trends and implement robust governance frameworks.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced IoT) to determine their viability for integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a Director or VP-level role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term technology strategies with a specific focus on the 2026 timeframe.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, cloud architecture, and data science methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
