Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ at director level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in quantum or AI domains (NeurIPS/ICML)
- Proven track record scaling R&D teams to 200+ engineers
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Patents in 3+ emerging technology domains
