Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns with our long-term goals for the year 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI, Quantum integration, and Next-Gen interfaces.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in product development, ensuring that technical feasibility meets business objectives for the upcoming fiscal years.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to identify gaps and opportunities that will define the market in 2026.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, C-suite executives, and investors to secure buy-in and funding.
- Innovation Management: Oversee the incubation of new projects, acting as a gatekeeper for R&D initiatives that have high potential for future scalability.
- Operational Excellence: Establish metrics for success and continuously optimize our development cycles to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in the tech industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning architectures, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining and delivering successful product roadmaps for the future.
