Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be willing to relocate or work in the Pennsylvania/Virginia area.
