Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to support high-level business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Identify, collect, and clean large datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our analytics infrastructure.
- Produce regular reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Optimize data collection processes and contribute to the development of our data governance framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying complex databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate (Relocation Assistance Package included).
