Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Columbus, OH, and Illinois to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Document data processes and create clear documentation for stakeholders.
- Perform A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and user engagement.
- Present findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to business units.
- Willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH (Relocation assistance provided).
