Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to identify patterns and trends.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Utilize statistical models to forecast future trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions.
- Database Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by maintaining and optimizing our data warehouses.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business insights.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Austin, TX (Relocation assistance provided).
