Core Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to support business operations and decision-making processes.
- Design and maintain complex SQL databases and data models to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools to track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify data quality issues and implement automated scripts to streamline data collection workflows.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
