- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Support A/B testing and statistical analysis for process improvements
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain data quality pipelines
- Document methodologies and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of data analysis experience in healthcare/finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ETL processes and data modeling
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
