Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Modeling: Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and ad-hoc analyses to support business planning and operational efficiency.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses and A/B testing to evaluate the impact of business initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and executives to translate complex data findings into understandable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends and anomalies to recommend process improvements and operational changes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
