Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making processes.
- Document data models, processes, and methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize data workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
