Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis: Interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Ensure data integrity by scrubbing, validating, and transforming raw data into usable formats.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner.
- SQL Querying: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose solutions to enhance analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is required. Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
