Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality analysis and reporting.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting critical insights and forecasting future trends.
- Maintain data governance standards to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about data quality and interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
