Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data sets to solve complex business problems.
- Design and maintain databases and data pipelines to ensure data integrity.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and formulate strategies.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Document data processes and prepare clear reports for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
