Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and track KPIs
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and accuracy
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in fintech or financial services preferred
