Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for real-time reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
- Present findings to leadership teams through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and accuracy across departments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud databases (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
