Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders across departments
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency of reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise data narratives and visualizations
- Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing performance analysis to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
