Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high-quality analytics inputs for weekend reporting cycles.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards using SQL, Python, and BI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making during off-peak hours.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting trends and anomalies.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a logistics, finance, or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Optimization) and experience with Python or R.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Availability to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday/Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
