Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by validating data sources and performing routine cleaning and preparation tasks.
- Create automated reporting systems to reduce manual data entry and provide real-time insights to leadership.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and scripting is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently during the weekend shift while remaining accessible for team collaboration.
