Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business insights for weekend operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical queries.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Perform SQL queries and data mining to extract actionable insights from our databases.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required by the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
