About the Role:
As a Data Analyst on our weekend team, you will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining data integrity, and generating comprehensive reports that drive operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to identify trends, optimize processes, and support the company's overall growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel to present complex data in an accessible format.
- Report Generation: Create detailed weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with management to identify areas for operational improvement based on data-driven insights.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining database schemas and ensuring data governance standards are met during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (e.g., Friday-Monday or Saturday-Sunday rotations).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and optimization), Python, or R is required.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik Sense.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex data into clear business insights.
