Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to support executive decision-making.
- Optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to improve data pipeline efficiency.
- Document data methodologies and assist in training junior team members on data tools and techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience working in a role that includes weekend shifts or availability to work non-standard hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
