Responsibilities
- Extract & Clean Data: Gather, clean, and validate complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data integrity for weekend reporting.
- Visualize Insights: Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Performance Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly performance reports that highlight key metrics, trends, and anomalies affecting weekend operations.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify emerging patterns and provide actionable recommendations to the operations team.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Database Management: Maintain and optimize SQL queries to support ad-hoc reporting needs and large-scale data processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as a core part of the employment contract.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts clearly.
