Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to translate analytical findings into actionable strategies
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, generating monthly reports to track progress against objectives
- Implement data validation protocols to maintain quality standards across all analytical outputs
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies to enhance team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record of delivering insights
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel for data manipulation
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) with portfolio examples
- Strong statistical knowledge with ability to design experiments and interpret results
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data-driven mindset
