As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, generating insightful reports, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive strategic decision-making during critical off-hours cycles.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling on weekend shifts to support business intelligence initiatives and reporting cycles.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and consistency across Tampa and California branches.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports in Tableau or Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Document data workflows and analytical methodologies to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support and troubleshooting for team members during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and managing complex data structures.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work independently and accurately during weekend shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
