Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and modeling to ensure high data quality.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing data findings for leadership review during weekend shifts.
- Automate manual reporting processes using Python or SQL scripts to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably with exposure to weekend shift operations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
