As part of our weekend shift team, you will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, generating performance reports, and supporting key decision-making processes during our operational peak times.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business questions into data analysis plans.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Generate automated weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders with a focus on weekend performance metrics.
- Perform data cleaning and preprocessing using SQL and Python to prepare datasets for analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
