Your Role & Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to support weekend reporting cycles.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and database structures.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through rigorous data analysis.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all analytical reports.
- Document data models, analysis processes, and technical specifications for the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience creating visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently during the weekend shift.
