Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality data integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Document data processes, analytical methodologies, and reporting frameworks to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, and joins).
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on weekend shift availability.
