Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in New York and San Antonio to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports highlighting critical insights and actionable recommendations.
- Optimize data pipelines and storage structures to improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large databases.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
