Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies impacting weekend performance metrics.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure data accuracy and integrity during off-hours reporting cycles.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation using SQL and Python.
- Create detailed weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders based on weekend transaction data.
- Assist in the development of new data models to support business forecasting.
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
