Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for A/B testing initiatives
- Present findings to leadership through concise data narratives and recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Excel, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong statistical knowledge with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
