Responsibilities
- Perform complex data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business needs.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and variances in data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Generate accurate weekly and monthly reports for executive stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within data workflows and reporting structures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting information.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Ability to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday/Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
