Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel to query, clean, and analyze complex datasets on weekends to prepare for the upcoming week.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports summarizing trends, anomalies, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
- Trend Forecasting: Analyze historical data to identify patterns and predict future market trends or operational needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
