As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will work closely with leadership to identify trends, optimize processes, and support critical weekend operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all weekend reporting cycles.
- Develop SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate large datasets.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) as part of the support team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
