Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform data cleaning, extraction, and transformation (ETL) processes.
- Generate and present weekly/monthly reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines during the weekend shift.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
