Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure high data quality standards.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business strategy.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the implementation of new data governance policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing and able to work weekend shifts as part of a 24/7 operations team.
