In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical data analysis and business strategy, ensuring our stakeholders have the insights they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and ETL processes to support data extraction.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday) on a rotational basis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM (Relocation assistance provided).
