Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & Reporting: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and generate detailed weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods to test hypotheses and validate data models to ensure accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to translate data findings into actionable business strategies.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data integrity and implement protocols to ensure high-quality data standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, or R. Experience with visualization tools is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday) as part of the shift rotation.
