In this pivotal role, you will manage weekend data operations, ensuring our reporting pipelines run smoothly while the rest of the team enjoys their downtime.

Responsibilities
- Weekly Data Operations: Execute routine data cleansing, extraction, and loading (ETL) processes on weekends to prepare the database for the upcoming week.
- Trend Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis on historical data to identify emerging trends and anomalies specific to weekend performance metrics.
- Report Generation: Develop and distribute comprehensive weekly analytical reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical business insights.
- Database Management: Utilize SQL to query databases and ensure data integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex datasets for the operations team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with the core team to address weekend-related data discrepancies and provide recommendations for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for candidates comfortable with shift work.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (advanced querying), Python, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues independently.
