Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.

- Maintain and optimize SQL queries to improve data retrieval performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently during the weekend shift and adapt to changing priorities.
