Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure high data quality.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to interpret data findings and present them in a clear, actionable format.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders, highlighting critical insights and forecasting future trends.
- Optimize data pipelines and query performance to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced querying skills required) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
