Responsibilities
- Weekly Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of weekend performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Data Integrity & Cleaning: Scrub and prepare datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting systems.
- Visual Reporting: Design and maintain dynamic dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the core team to troubleshoot data discrepancies and support strategic decision-making.
- Documentation: Create and update technical documentation regarding data sources, methodologies, and analysis scripts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a preference for candidates comfortable working in a shift-based environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for advanced data manipulation.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Tools: Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
