Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our high-performing team in Miami, FL. This is a weekend shift position (Saturday & Sunday) offering a competitive salary and equity options for our long-term contributors.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data sets and strategic business decisions. You will ensure our data pipelines are optimized and our reporting dashboards are up-to-date, allowing our teams to make informed decisions even outside of standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify trends and anomalies.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
