Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Validation: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various relational databases.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends and anomalies in data to suggest process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with exposure to remote work environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R is required.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work a weekend shift (e.g., Saturday-Sunday) and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
