Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, concise, and interactive dashboards (using Tableau or PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with the operations team to define data requirements and develop scalable data models.
- Weekend Operations Support: Provide critical data support and reporting during off-peak hours to ensure business continuity.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and findings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) is mandatory.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
